We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product details at any time without notice.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept payment methods offered at checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unauthorized transactions.

Order Processing

Processing times vary based on product availability and order volume. Estimated shipping times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Once an order is placed, it may not be changed or canceled after processing begins.

Membership Terms (LNS Insider)

Memberships may include perks such as early access, member-only offers, education, and exclusive drops.

By enrolling in a membership, you agree:

Membership benefits are non-transferable
Discounts cannot be combined unless stated
Membership pricing and perks may change over time
LNS Hair may cancel membership access for abuse, fraud, or policy violations

If your membership is recurring, you authorize automatic billing until canceled.

Shipping & Delivery

LNS Hair is not responsible for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers
Weather delays
Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
Lost or stolen packages marked “delivered” by the carrier

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is correct before completing checkout.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lnshairllc@gmail.com with:

Photos/video of the issue
Packaging and product clearly shown

Approved cases may qualify for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Hair Texture & Maintenance Disclaimer

Our extensions are made from 100% human hair. Natural variation in texture, curl pattern, wave pattern, and color is normal.

Proper maintenance is required to preserve the hair’s longevity. LNS Hair is not responsible for damage caused by:

Improper installation
Heat damage
Chemical processing
Dyeing/bleaching
Product buildup
Failure to follow care instructions

Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes are valid only for the time stated and may not apply to all items. We reserve the right to cancel promotions or refuse discounts if misuse is suspected.

Wholesale Terms (Memberships)

Wholesale pricing is available for approved stylists and professionals.

By applying for wholesale, you agree:

You are a licensed stylist or salon professional (where applicable)
Wholesale accounts are for professional use and client services only
Wholesale pricing may not be shared publicly or used for resale platforms without written permission
LNS Hair reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate wholesale access at any time

Wholesale orders are final sale.
