SHIPPING POLICY
Order and Processing
All orders require 5–7 business days for processing (excluding weekends and holidays). During this time, we verify payment, prepare your order, and complete a quality check before it ships or becomes available for pickup.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. During sales, promotions, or product launches, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping speed depends on the method selected at checkout. Once your order is shipped, delivery time is controlled by the shipping carrier.
LNS Hair is not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup for eligible orders.
Pickup orders follow the same 5–7 business day processing time as shipped orders. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
Please note:

Same-day pickup is not available.

Orders must be picked up within the timeframe listed in your pickup notification.

Orders not picked up within the designated window may be canceled without refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, LNS Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location and monitoring your tracking information closely. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can review your claim.
