Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all hair sales are final.
LNS Hair does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped. This policy includes, but is not limited to:

Hair that has been cut, altered, colored, bleached, or chemically processed
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product details before completing their purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must notify LNS Hair within 48 hours of delivery. Claims must include clear photos of:

All claims are subject to review. If approved, the issue will be resolved with a replacement of the same item, subject to product availability.
Refunds are not guaranteed and will not be issued for customer error, dissatisfaction, improper installation, or failure to review product descriptions prior to purchase.
