THE ARCHITECT & THE EXPERT

Lacy Fields is a powerhouse in the beauty industry with over 23 years of experience as a master stylist, colorist, educator, and entrepreneur. Known as “Ms. Healthy Hair,” she blends beauty, wellness, and education to help clients look—and feel—their absolute best. Licensed at just 18, Lacy expanded her expertise internationally, training in Europe, working high-profile pageants in Washington, D.C., and serving as a lead stylist at New York Fashion Week. These elite experiences shaped her signature standard of excellence and innovation. She is the founder of Therapeutique Salon and Spa in Rockville, Maryland—a healing-centered space where hair restoration, healthy styling, and self-love come together. Her mission is clear: restore confidence by restoring healthy hair.

Lacy is also the co-author of Hair Food, a holistic wellness book created with Luxury Private Chef Charisma, offering recipes designed to support hair growth and scalp health from the inside out. Beyond the salon, Lacy is an accomplished Hair Director for film and television, known for expert texture work, custom units, and authentic, character-driven styling. She is also the founder of Black Girls Rockville, a nonprofit uplifting the Black community in Montgomery County, and a dedicated mentor to the next generation of beauty professionals.
